Key Responsibilities
10. Take ownership of creating, managing, and continuously improving schedules across the service
11. Ensure efficient allocation of Care Professionals to meet client needs
12. Proactively manage changes, cancellations, and service demands
13. Plan ahead to anticipate capacity gaps and work with recruitment to address them
14. Maintain continuity and consistency of care wherever possible
15. Monitor scheduling performance, analyse operational data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
16. Use operational data and reporting to support effective decision making and future planning
17. Act as a central point of coordination between teams
18. Support the business in balancing client demand with staff availability
19. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the scheduling system
20. Contribute to improving processes as the business continues to grow
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
21. Experience managing complex schedules in a fast-paced environment such as care, logistics, transport, workforce planning, or operations
22. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
23. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use information and data to solve problems and support decision making
24. Confidence in making decisions, taking ownership and balancing competing priorities
25. Excellent communication skills
26. A proactive, problem-solving mindset
27. High attention to detail
28. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
29. Comfortable working with systems, data, and scheduling software
