Main Responsibilities
As a Service Support Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our service team, ensuring continuity and efficiency in our day-to-day operations.
* Coordinating planned maintenance and remedial works with clients and engineers.
1. Providing cover for Account Handlers, maintaining strong client relationships in their absence
2. Preparing risk assessments and method statements for planned maintenance
3. Responding to emergency call-outs within agreed KPIs
4. Handling client enquiries promptly and professionally
5. Managing administrative tasks such as data entry, job bookings, and communication via email and phone
