Responsibilities
:
1. Act as liaison between industry stakeholders and our clients to facilitate clear communication, collaboration, and policy alignment.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry representatives, professional bodies, and regulatory authorities.
3. Lead annual reviews of key business processes with industry stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
4. Translate strategic objectives and policy changes into practical business processes and operational outcomes.
5. Support the design, planning, and implementation of business change initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to industry operations.
6. Facilitate workshops, consultations, and feedback sessions to ensure stakeholder input is considered in decision-making.
7. Monitor, track, and report on the progress and impact of change initiatives, ensuring objectives are met and benefits are realized.
8. Provide advice and guidance to leadership teams on change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, and industry best practice.
9. Identify potential risks, resistance, and barriers to change, and develop mitigation strategies.
10. Provide advice and guidance on the impact of policy, regulatory and legislative changes which will affect the industry.
11. Work with stakeholders to ensure compliance with UK GDPR and oversee the development and implementation of data sharing agreements and MoUs between relevant parties.
12. Support the development of business cases and delivery plans by defining value propositions, identifying measurable benefits, and establishing clear KPIs to support decision making and track benefits.
13. Identifying opportunities for system improvements and producing high level functional requirements
14. Working with technical teams to validate system changes, acting as a representative for industry stakeholders
15. Production of training material and artefacts for end users, aligned with the overarching change management plan.
Entry Criteria
Essential Skills:
16. Experience in delivering large-scale change in a complex environment
17. Experience delivering change in line with agile methodologies
18. Experience of delivering technology change
19. Excellent planning, communication,time management and presentation skills
20. Strong negotiation and influencing skills
21. Professional approach, coupled with strong interpersonal skills
Desirable:
22. Recognised relevant professional certification (e.g. APMG Change Management, Prosci, etc)
23. Experience managing change in both the public and private sectors
24. Knowledge of Business Analysis techniques
25. Knowledge of User Research techniques
26. Knowledge of User Experience Design techniques
Location
Our Head Office is based in Salford Quays, Manchester, with satellite teams currently in London and Gloucestershire. We offer hybrid working where you can work from home for part of your working week with time on site being based on the needs of your assigned delivery and agreed Ways of Working for your team. This role will also include UK-wide travel.
Pay and benefits
Naimuri pays competitively within the industry based on your role's base location rates. The salary for this position is dependent upon your experience. We assess seniority relative to the team at Naimuri during the interviewing process.
A full time working week is 37.5 hours and you have flexibility over when you give that time providing you work the core hours as required by your team. We also offer part-time working which can be discussed during the recruitment process.
Our core hours are 10:00am - 3:00pm and our office hours are between 7:30 and 18:00 Monday to Friday.
