Job Title: HR Casework Team Lead
Location: North London (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days remote)
Rate: £41.70 per hour (umbrella)
Contract: 3-6 month rolling contract
A leading Housing Association in North London is seeking a skilled HR Casework Team Lead to manage a team of two HR Advisers while also maintaining a personal caseload of complex employee relations (ER) cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a small team of HR Advisers, overseeing their casework and professional development
Manage a personal caseload of ER matters including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance issues
Ensure cases are managed in line with employment law and organisational policy
Provide expert HR advice to managers and stakeholders
This is a hybrid role with three days in the office and two days working from home.
