We are a linked charge of two churches in the Tweed Valley, 20 miles south of Edinburgh, in a beautiful part of our diocese. We are looking for a gifted priest who will enjoy the challenge of helping us live the gospel creatively and passionately within our communities.
We Are Seeking To Appoint a Priest‑in‑Charge Who Is
* A person of deep personal faith.
* Able to lead us in inspiring liturgical and musical worship.
* A thoughtful and gifted teacher.
* A people person who can encourage children as an integral part of our church life.
* Passionate about helping our congregations engage with our communities.
Within the initial period of this appointment and subject to longer‑term financial viability the bishop may, with the consent of the Vestries (church councils), decide to license the Priest‑in‑Charge as Rector.
