Who are we looking for?
Manage security and business support services across Bristol, Swindon, Reading, Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas, ensuring contractual and performance targets are met or exceeded. Establish strong client relationships, stay updated on market changes and opportunities, and position Corps Security as the provider of choice.
What you will need:
* Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus.
* Valid SIA Front‑Line License – essential.
* Valid SIA CCTV License – desirable.
* Previous security management experience.
* Confidence in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships at all levels.
* Ability to meet deadlines, multitask and work under pressure.
* Full UK driving licence – desirable.
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
* Capability to achieve vetting to BS7858 standards.
What are you going to do:
* Supervise operational colleagues and oversee functions including security guarding, CCTV & access control, key holding, reception and general business support.
* Manage staffing levels for contracted work, ad‑hoc and special events.
* Liaise with customers and key clients to review and record contract performance, agree budgets and maintain quality standards.
* Attend monthly KPI meetings with the client.
* Monitor and manage revenue and costs, prepare monthly forecasts.
* Lead, manage and motivate direct reports, conduct annual appraisals or job chats.
* Identify opportunities for additional business from current and potential customers.
* Drive technology, intelligence and innovation within the security portfolio.
* Manage personal training and career development, attend training sessions as required.
* Ensure accuracy of monthly and ad‑hoc invoicing to clients.
* Participate in out‑of‑hours/duty executive processes as required.
