Often this will include specific projects that add value to our business as well as allowing you to showcase your talents.There is a strong focus on analytical and problem-solving abilities, with all our placements requiring these 2 key attributes as well as the ability to communicate with internal teams and other partner organisations.Many of the students that join us often return to join our Graduate Programme as a direct entrant once they compete their degree.Digital Content Marketing Assistant – Marketing TeamIn this role you will assist the CrossCountry marketing team in the day-to-day support of our digital channels, as well as supporting the Digital & CRM manager in the escalation of new projects.You will build relationships across a large business with varying requirements for content.You will need to be very well organised and an advocate of process driven working and be able to work to deadlines and have a keen eye for detail.
