Key Responsibilities: Talking to customers who have access to The Charge Scheme and engage them in using the service. Walking customers through what The Charge Scheme is and the cost saving effect it can have. Delivering a 5* customer service experience to every customer. Working with the EVS management team to understand best practices with the engagement of customers who have access to The Charge Scheme. About you: A minimum of 6-12 months in a customer facing role, previous sales experience would be advantageous. Exposure to the automotive, charging or renewable energy industries would be beneficial. You’re driven and eager to build a career in sales. You're great with people and motivated to deliver a 5* customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
