About the Role
This lab-based role delivers technical solutions for the advancement and optimization of purification.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the design, planning, and execution of studies that contribute to technology or process/product development projects. Carry out experiments within defined scopes and timelines and analyse data to inform next steps.
* Supports understanding of problem statements and study rationale to ensure alignment with project goals.
* Assists in the development and execution of high-throughput (HTP) purification workflows for process studies under supervision.
* Helps with setup and configuration of HTP equipment to enable reliable monitoring and data capture.
* Flags potential risks to study execution and contributes to identifying mitigation strategies.
* Contributes to the preparation of study plans and documentation in collaboration with senior team members
* Executes HTP studies according to established protocols and timelines and performs preliminary data analysis to support process development.
* Participates in efforts to improve HTP workflows for efficiency and integration into broader development pipelines.
* Engages with cross-functional teams to provide purification support during technology implementation.

Education & Experience
• Degree (required)* BSc OR BEng Field of Study Biotechnology, Chemistry OR Chemical Engineering
• Degree (preferred) MSc OR MEng PhD OR EngD Field of Study Biotechnology, Chemistry OR Chemical Engineering.
