What You Will Get To Do:
We are currently recruiting a Client Liaison Lead Specialist to work closely with the SS&C Hubwise leadership team and support our platform service. With a focus on the client, We are looking for a dynamic individual with a good understanding of the Wealth Management sector and the related investment products and wrappers.
The key duties of the role are to:
· Manage all client-facing collateral, including Terms & Conditions, Key Feature Documents and Knowledge Base
· Be accountable for client communication in respect of solution enhancements, regulatory requirements and incidents
· Manage our Discretionary Fund Manager (DFM) partnerships including oversight of legal documentation, firm onboarding and managing the ongoing service reviews
· Deliver on allocated Projects to support the business strategic objectives
· Act as SME and represent the business on a range of activities, from large strategic programmes to smaller platform/process related enhancements
· Champion Consumer Duty across all business activities

· MS Office proficiency
· Experience of reporting to Senor Management level (desired)
· A good understanding of the asset and wealth management business (desired)
· Proven experience as a Service Delivery/Supplier/Relationship Manager (desired)
