Position Overview
As we continue to grow, we are now recruiting for a Revenue Systems Admin Support in our Ipswich Head Office on a hybrid, part-time basis of 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
* Assist with maintaining and updating promotions within the company reservation system.
* Input promotional pricing within agreed deadlines.
* Test all promotions to ensure correct functionality and accuracy.
* Process promotion requests from the business, following established administration protocols.
* Communicate promotion setups for relevant departments.
* Provide support to Sales, Yield, Reservations, and Guest Services for queries related to tactical promotions.
* Accurately input test data into the reservation system.
* Run test scenarios to confirm expected functionality and identify any issues.
* Document test results in line with administrative protocols.
* Ensure all key processes and procedures of own processes are documented and shared with Senior Revenue Systems Administrator to support SQM Management.
Qualifications
* Professional experience within an administrative role.
* Experience of system testing and a background in travel is desirable but not essential.
* Strong computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Excel.
* A pass rate (C or 4) in Maths and English at GCSE and/or A Level (or equivalent).
* Systems orientated.
* High level of numeracy and literacy.
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Excellent attention to detail skills.
* Able to communicate clearly and accurately.
