About the Cover Supervisor Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into classrooms across Key Stages 3 to 5, delivering prepared lessons and maintaining a focused and supportive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher. You’ll work closely with teaching staff, gaining insight into the day-to-day life of the classroom and developing essential behaviour management and leadership skills.
