Teaching Personnel is proud to be partnering with a warm, inclusive, and forward-thinking primary school in Middleton. The school is seeking a motivated and committed Year 4 Teacher to join their team from May.

The Role
* Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons tailored to Year 4 pupils
* Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, providing insightful feedback
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning
* Take part in CPD activities and contribute to the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to differentiate effectively to meet a range of learning needs
* Secure knowledge of the current curriculum and teaching best practices
* Confident in using technology to support teaching and learning
* Demonstrates strong classroom management and leadership
Essential Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Year 4 or Key Stage 2 (ECTs with relevant placements encouraged to apply)
* A commitment to delivering high-quality, inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
