Duties
* Prepare and cook menu items with precision, maintaining consistency and quality across all dishes.
* Assist in menu planning and ingredient preparation to ensure efficient kitchen workflow.
* Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance on food handling, safety procedures, and cooking techniques.
* Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
* Oversee food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations at all times.
Requirements
* Proven experience in food production within a restaurant or catering environment, preferably with fine dining experience.
* Knowledge of dietary requirements and ability to adapt menus accordingly.
* Familiarity with inventory management, food safety protocols, and food handling procedures.
