Writing and reviewing captions, copy and visual content using Canva, ensuring brand consistency and quality Overseeing wider client accounts, providing feedback and quality control across all content Setting team goals and KPIs, ensuring deadlines and performance standards are met Supporting team development through feedback, performance reviews and clear processes Analysing performance data, producing monthly/quarterly reports and identifying optimisation opportunities Contributing to new business pitches and supporting improvements to agency systems and processes Skills and experience: Previous marketing agency experience essential Confidence with: Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram Experience managing your own client roster Ideally, experience in managing or mentoring someone A natural leader who leads by example, not ego Confident running client calls and presenting strategy Someone who cares deeply about the quality of their work Comfortable managing multiple clients without dropping the ball Please Note: We do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
