Healthwatch Worcestershire is the independent voice for people using health and social care services. We listen to local experiences, share insights with decision-makers, and help improve services across the county. We are looking for an Assistant Engagement Officer with a passion for making a difference to health and social care and experience of supporting a team with their outstanding admin and digital skills. We are looking for someone who has: An ability to connect with people and able to empathise with their point of view. Happy to use digital channels as a way of engaging with people, particularly Facebook and LinkedIn Clear written and verbal communications skills Good organisational skills The ability to manage your own workload as some hours will be worked from home Full UK driving licence as attending meetings/events around Worcestershire is a must It would also be desirable if: You have some experience of working in the health and social care sector.
