This unique role blends user experience design, agile project leadership, and technical-functional analysis, ideal for a seasoned professional who can operate across domains with ease and confidence. The successful candidate will drive user-centric design, lead agile ceremonies, and act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring efficient delivery and superior product usability. Key Responsibilities Lead UX efforts: design intuitive interfaces through user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies : daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to shape and deliver impactful features. Analyze complex business and technical requirements; propose practical and user-friendly design solutions. Ensure alignment between user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals. Required Skills & Qualifications 15 years of relevant industry experience. Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar). Certified Scrum Master with deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks. Strong background in technical-functional analysis and systems design. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, UX Design, or a related field. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Skills Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or Trello. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms. Exposure to user research, usability testing, and accessibility standards. Understanding of design thinking and inclusive design principles. Ability to interpret and utilize data-driven insights in the UX process.
