Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator/Assistant to join our friendly small team of 7. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in taking ownership of the entire HR remit ensuring the smooth running of all HR processes.
This position requires strong communication skills and HR administrative experience. The role will be instrumental in maintaining employee records, recruitment processes, onboarding, staff reviews, employee paperwork and enhancing our HR processes and initiatives.

The role is office based within a home environment and so you will need your own transport.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and update employee records
* Manage the recruitment process and coordinating interviews.
* Conduct data entry tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
* Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of documentation and orientation materials.
* Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
* Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding HR policies and procedures.
* Assist with employee engagement initiatives and training programmes.
Requirements
* Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles.
* Proficiency in HRIS systems is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
* Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
