Healthwatch Worcestershire is the independent voice for people using health and social care services. We listen to local experiences, share insights with decision-makers, and help improve services across the county. We are looking for an Engagement Officer with a passion for making a difference to health and social care and a flair for engaging with people across a wide range of communities. We are looking for someone who has: An ability to connect with people and able to empathise with their point of view. Happy to use digital channels as a way of engaging with people, particularly Facebook and LinkedIn Clear written and verbal communications skills Good organisational skills Full UK driving licence as attending meetings/events around Worcestershire is a must Energy, drive and able to manage your own workload as some hours will be worked from home It would also be desirable if: You have some experience of working with families and young people.
