Healthwatch Worcestershire is the independent voice for people using health and social care services. We listen to local experiences, share insights with decision-makers, and help improve services across the county. We are looking for an Engagement Officer with a passion for making a difference to health and social care and a flair for engaging with people across a wide range of communities. We are looking for someone who has: An ability to connect with people and able to empathise with their point of view. Happy to use digital channels as a way of engaging with people, particularly Facebook and LinkedIn Clear written and verbal communications skills Good organisational skills Full UK driving licence as attending meetings/events around Worcestershire is a must Energy, drive and able to manage your own workload as some hours will be worked from home If you're passionate about inclusion, community voice, and making services better—this could be the perfect role for you. Please note this is a 12 month contract initially, but there maybe an opportunity to extend the contract depending on the Government's legislative timelines which are guided by the NHS 10-year plan.
