Senior Product Marketing Manager, New value propositions Job Description: About our role We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the product marketing vision for new value propositions extending our core Sage 50, 100, 200 product franchise within the Small Business Division across the UKI, France, Central Europe, Iberia, and MEA. In this high-impact role, you'll define winning growth strategies and develop compelling value propositions that drive market share, revenue growth, and customer adoption. You'll be a key partner to both Product and Go-to-Market teams turning insight into action and creating compelling, customer-centric positioning for our technology solutions. Location - 3 days per week out of our London or Newcastle office. Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll shape and lead the strategy behind our S100/200 new value proposition and offerings, ensuring our product and messaging resonates with evolving customer needs and commercial objectives.. You'll: - Define long-term product marketing strategies in partnership with Product and regional GTM teams. - Translate customer and market insights into standout propositions, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans. - Lead the creation of compelling messaging and content across digital channels and sales enablement assets. - Own and drive launch strategies that achieve strong product/market fit and market penetration. - Oversee deep customer research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and steer innovation. - Represent the product category in analyst and media relations, becoming a visible voice and thought leader. - Coach and develop a high-performing team of Product Marketing Managers.
