* Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
* CMRP (Certified Materials & Resource Professional) Certification preferred
* 3 years of relatable job experience required: Supply Chain, Purchasing, Sales or Recruitment preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Designs and implements strategies to capture and sustain purchasing savings in specific spend categories.
* Conducts internal and external workshops to generate and verify savings.
* Analyzes the total cost of ownership (TCO) for savings reduction opportunities.
* Gathers benchmarking data to highlight opportunities.
* Utilizes case volume to estimate utilization.
* Verifies spend data with natural owners to create buy-in.
* Leads sourcing teams, involves stakeholder groups.
* Identifies best practices for developing executable implementation plans.
* Provides structure and framework for developing category contracts.
* Develops, plans, organizes, and executes strategic sourcing events in varied product categories across RGHS.
* Keen ability to anticipate issues; recommend solutions.
* Demonstrated experience interacting with physicians, senior management, and principle stakeholders.
* Manages the development of project deliverables.
* Develops key performance indicators.
* Monitors cost reduction initiatives.
* Ensures continual contract optimization.
* Develops and execute Supply Chain strategy.
* Develops and reports on projects status, timelines, compliance, and results.
