We're partnering with a global pharmaceutical organisation to recruit a Hospital Commercial Manager for a priority immunology brand that is central to the company's future growth strategy and already transforming patient outcomes worldwide.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team where you'll lead strategic access initiatives, shape regional healthcare partnerships, and drive therapy adoption across key NHS accounts.
The Opportunity
In this field-based role, you'll work at the heart of the regional healthcare ecosystem, engaging Payors, Hospital Pharmacists, and key decision-makers to secure access and deliver meaningful value for patients.
Working closely with Key Account Managers and cross-functional colleagues, you'll implement customer-centric strategies that support uptake, differentiation, and long-term account success through innovative value-added services and patient support initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and map key stakeholders and influencers across regional health economies
* Develop and execute market access strategies to support therapy adoption
* Secure commercial agreements and drive successful formulary inclusion
* Build trusted partnerships with Payors, Hospital Pharmacists, and NHS stakeholders
* Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to deliver aligned account plans
* Differentiate the brand through patient support and value-added programs
* Analyse market dynamics, competitor activity, and regional opportunities to inform strategy
* Support educational initiatives and hospital-based promotional activities
What We're Looking For
* Proven success in Market Access, NHS partnerships, or pharmaceutical account management
* Experience working within immunology, specialty care, or related therapy areas preferred
* Strong understanding of NHS structures, regional health economies, and payer engagement
* Track record of delivering against commercial and access objectives
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
* Commercially driven, strategic, and highly customer focused
