What you'll do: Act as the lead professional for families needing targeted early help Carry out structured assessments and create tailored intervention plans Chair multi-agency 'Team Around the Family' meetings Work directly with children and families in their homes and communities What we're looking for: A relevant qualification at NVQ Level 4 or above At least 3 years' experience working with children, young people and families Strong knowledge of child development and family systems Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Good IT skills and accurate record keeping A full driving licence (unless registered disabled) Why join us?
