Your position
As HSEE Administrator at RHI Magnesita, you will support our HSEE Manager in implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving Health, Safety, Environmental, and Energy management systems. This vital role ensures compliance with legal requirements, standards, and internal policies through accurate documentation, system traceability, and cross-functional coordination. Acting as a central point of contact, you will collaborate with various departments to maintain system integrity and drive improvements. With a proactive mindset and strong administrative skills, you will contribute to a safe and compliant work environment while bringing fresh ideas and a willingness to learn in a technical, fast-paced setting.
Your tasks
* Supporting the development, administration, and continuous improvement of HSEE management systems
* Maintaining accurate documentation to ensure legal compliance, audit readiness, and system traceability
* Assisting with risk assessments, incident investigations, and site inspections
* Coordinating HSEE training, inductions, toolbox talks, and tracking related compliance activities
* Monitoring HSEE KPIs and collaborating across departments to drive improvements
* Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders on HSEE-related matters
Profile description:
Your profile
* Previous experience in administrative or compliance support, ideally within an industrial or HSE environment
* Proven ability to manage HSEE documentation, track compliance data, and support audits and legal traceability
Languages: English (proficient)
Nice to have: Nebosh General Certificate, IEMA foundation certificate
