Reports to: Head of Security
Contract: Full-time – 40 hours per week
Shifts: Monday to Friday, subject to business requirements
Based: Warrington
Salary: Up to £35,000 dependant on experience

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for a smart, ambitious, Regional Support Manager with a valid frontline SIA license to join our team. Ideally, you will have 3 years minimum experience in a security supervisory post and a Full UK Driver's License. You will be an effective communicator at all levels and have the ability to think on your feet and be responsive to the company’s business needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Create and Manage Recruitment Adverts & Interviews
* Key Holding Responsibilities
* Manage the effective recruitment of staff
* Arrange Contract Set-Up Visit with Backshift ASM
* Review ASM Handover
* Prepare ASM Task Sheets
* Ensure compliance is maintained around site paperwork (Assignment Instructions, RAMS, site packs in general)
* Deal with Payroll queries from Security Officers
* Oversee Pay-related Processes and Ensure Accuracy
* Manage Team KPI’s
* Lead contact for Compliance Department to arrange Vetting & HR paperwork
* Lead contact for Monitoring Station/Help Desk with V&C issues
* Lead Contact for Site Teams on V&C Deployments
* Timesheet Chase Up (a.m)
* Compliance and Welfare visits as per KPIs
* Wellbeing & Development Visits as per KPIs
* Client Service Visits as per KPIs
* Take the lead on Invoice Management and Payment of suppliers
* Manage supplier service delivery and quality
* Manage appropriate shift and rota deployment
* Input Site Workbook (Inc Rota)
* Oversee management of Security Officer non-compliance.
