As a Location Independent Worker, for operational reasons you may be required to perform your duties, either temporarily or permanently, from any of our offices or customer sites within a reasonable geographic area of your home address. Our “Office in a Box” home working kit will provide you with everything you need, no matter where you are.

Join our Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team, where we support businesses of all sizes with world-class technology solutions. We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers.
What you’ll do
As a Delivery Profession Manager, you will contribute to the development of delivery patterns and practices that drive excellence, consistency, and continuous improvement across Vodafone’s most complex programmes. Your contributions will directly influence our ability to deliver successfully at scale, strengthening our market reputation and unlocking future business opportunities.
You will also play a key role in building a customer-focused culture, with a clear ambition to become the best-of-breed customer delivery function. While remaining human-centred, you’ll work across teams to identify points of friction, champion improvements, and drive meaningful change.
Core accountabilities include:
1. Assist in designing and implementing delivery patterns that improve repeatability and quality
2. Support the adoption of standardised ways of working (WoW) across delivery teams
3. Act as a practitioner, supporting delivery programmes and stepping in for recovery situations
4. Partner with Senior Portfolio Managers to build and maintain a highly engaged delivery workforce
5. Assist in managing a line management support service for high-volume or complex scenarios
6. Assist in overseeing resource allocation and utilisation across programmes
7. Champion and embody our organisational culture and values
8. Foster a customer-first mindset across delivery teams
9. Identify and address points of friction to improve delivery outcomes
Who you are
10. Experienced in project & programme delivery at scale
11. Comfortable working with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities
12. A strong leader with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
13. Able to assess delivery risks, intervene in challenged programmes and lead recovery efforts with urgency and precision
14. Comfortable managing complex interpersonal and performance situations with confidence
15. Passionate about developing people and fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture
16. Able to use data to identify delivery themes, recurring issues and improvement opportunities across programmes
