Metals processor – £27,500 yearly
Metals sorter - £29,000 yearly.
Days Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm
Duties include:
* Sort, grade, and process incoming materials
* Prepare materials to the required quality standards
* Use an XRF scanner to identify and verify materials
* Operate processing equipment such as saws, shears, shredders, and blasting machinery
* Keep basic records using IT systems
The candidate must have experience in the recognition, identification and reporting of special metal contamination within the materials that may include, foreign attachments/coatings/inserts/tips & repair welds
