We are seeking a Contract Management professional with experience in large organizations managing diverse contracts.
This is a key role within our Commercial Partnerships Business Operations team, leading and optimizing contract management processes.
About The Team
The Commercial Partnerships Business Operations team is part of Cancer Research Horizons (CRH), which focuses on translating academic research into real-world cancer treatments and technologies.
The team manages the commercialization of innovations, facilitating the transfer of drugs, biotech, and AI technologies to patients, and adopts an insight-led, data-driven approach to this work.
As a Contract Manager, you will oversee a high-volume, customer-focused contract service, handling various contract types such as Master Service Agreements, Material Transfer Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, and Data Transfer Agreements.
This role offers the opportunity to develop and streamline processes, collaborate with stakeholders across finance, legal, and business development, and gain exposure to innovative projects.
What will I be doing?
* Building and leading a high-throughput, service-oriented contracting operation
* Developing SOP documentation to support new processes
* Managing the operational contract signing service
* Mapping, implementing, and maintaining contract signing authorities and governance
* Recruiting, training, and managing a Contracts Associate
* Supporting the strategic objectives of the Commercial Partnerships team

* Knowledge of contracting processes in large organizations
* Excellent administration and record-keeping skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently
* Ability to understand and interpret new contract documentation quickly

* High standards of work, especially under pressure, with adherence to governance
