Job Description:
My client, a growing, PE-backed, consumer-facing business, is looking for a senior legal counsel to join their small legal team. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the successful candidate will work on a diverse range of matters including commercial contracts, M&A, partnerships, data protection, and compliance.
* Be a UK-qualified lawyer (5+ PQE), with top-tier law firm training and in-house experience, gained through a secondment or permanent role.
* Have proven experience in commercial contracts, ideally within a consumer services business.
* Be willing to diversify and take on a broader in-house role.
* Possess a strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
