Role Overview
As a Managed Services HR Specialist at our marketing managed services firm, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle and spearhead people operations. You will partner with leadership to build a high-performing culture, ensuring our workforce possesses the agile skills required in the fast-changing marketing industry.
Core Responsibilitie
* sTalent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Manage full-cycle recruitment for marketing, Web/SEO, Campaign and Program Management roles. Collaborate with leadership to write compelling job descriptions and promote our employer brand to attract top-tier talent
* * .Onboarding & Training: Facilitate engaging orientation programs and develop Learning & Development (L&D) frameworks. Upskill teams on emerging digital marketing tools and industry trends
* * .Employee Relations & Performance: Guide managers and employees through performance reviews, goal setting, and conflict resolution. Ensure consistent, fair, and legally compliant outcomes in all workplace matters

Key Requirements & Qualificat
* ions
Experience: (2-5) years of proven HR generalist or specialist experience, ideally within an agency, B2B services, or tech-enabled environ
* ment.
Education: Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CIPD in the UK, SHRM/HRCI in the US) are highly pref
* erred.
Skillset: Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Strong communication, commercial awareness, and relationship-building
* skills.
Industry Mindset: Familiarity with marketing services, campaign lifecycles, and agency dynamics is highly de
sirable.
