Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team on-site in Middlesbrough. The selected candidate will focus on identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities will include creating and executing sales strategies, generating and following up on leads, building strong partnerships, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a deep understanding of client needs to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to conduct market research and identify potential opportunities
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Knowledge of recruitment services, processes, and industry trends is advantageous
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is a plus
Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
