We are currently recruiting for a Childrens Residential Support Worker, these will be a long term and on-going position working permanent nights with flexbile working hours on either a part-time or full-time basis. Full induction training will be provided working in a highly recommended residential home. The working hours for the Childrens Residential Support Worker will be 22.15pm to 0745am. The residential home has 12 children/young people aged 8 - 18, and you will the Residential Support Worker will need to have proven experience of challenging behaviour and special education needs to include autism and non-verbal communication.

You will be qualified in either Health and Social Care (Children's) minimum level 2 is essential or an equivalent qualification and preferably be working towards level 3 and have a minimum level 2 in Safeguarding for Children.
This position of Residential Support Worker will commence asap and include full training and induction which will be paid for and be completed on site at the residential home and will include days as well as nights training.
This is an long term temporary role and we do not offer sponsorship of any kind for this role and must have right to work in the UK, and you will need to provide 5 years minimum referencing and hold a fully enhanced DBS on the update service with a no gaps CV to meet stringent ofsted compliance requirements.
There are good public transport links to the residential home both by train and bus, if required.
