CMR are recruiting on behalf of their client who are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Sales Executive to join their growing sales team. This role involves telephony-based outbound sales of their specialist accountancy services to a targeted client base, including independent contractors, freelancers, and small to medium-sized businesses.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and persuasive salesperson with a proven track record of hitting KPIs in a fast-paced environment, particularly in B2B or professional services sectors.
Salary - £30,000 p/a
Key Responsibilities
1. Proactively source and generate new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
2. Present and promote our accountancy services tailored to contractors, sole traders, limited companies, and general businesses
3. Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand client requirements and present suitable service solutions
4. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to conversion and onboarding, ensuring a smooth handover to client services
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system
