Summary
'We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our talented kitchen team at Bank House Chislehurst. This pivotal role involves overseeing food preparation, maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring exceptional dining experiences in a vibrant hospitality setting. The successful candidate will play a key part in shaping our culinary offerings, being involved in guest chef evenings and supporting our mission of quality and innovation.' The position is based in Chislehurst. Additionally the role will Be supporting our new outside catering offering In conjunction with our sister restaurant Number Eight in Sevenoaks.
Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

* Qualifications
* Proven supervising experience in a similar culinary role.
* Extensive food production and kitchen management skills.
* Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management skills.
* Deep understanding of food safety regulations.
* Experience in creating innovative menus within a European cuisine context.
* Exceptional cooking skills with attention to detail.
* Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.
