Programming Assistant - Worcester Summary We’re looking for a Programming Assistant to support Christmas at Croome, helping to bring the festive season to life. As our Christmas at Croome Programming Assistant, you’ll play a key role in the smooth running of our immersive Rapturous Delight experience. You’ll play a pivotal supporting role in preparing for Christmas and act as Duty Manager during event hours, you’ll support our partners in ensuring everything runs safely, smoothly, and with plenty of seasonal sparkle. You’ll assist in the delivery and development of a programme of activities and events. By doing so, you’ll help to create an enjoyable experience for everyone that visits and help them understand more about our place. Salary: 24,862.50 per annum Contract/duration: Fixed term contract until 11 January 2026 Hours/working pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week. You'll be working evenings, with weekend work required. Click here for more information about this location What you'll be doing Working with the team you'll create and deliver events and activities that bring our place to life for our visitors over the festive season. Understanding how and why we engage our supporters is key. You’ll help link everything we do back to our cause and the on-going work we do. You’ll deliver high standards of presentation on site and ensure all our communications with our visitors around the property is clear and consistent.
