Role: Care Team Leader
Location: Kenwith Castle Residential Home, Bideford (EX39 5BE)
Salary: £33,370 per annum (pro‑rate)
Hours: Full Time
Shift Pattern: 08:00 – 20:00 (including alternate weekends)

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and manage the delivery of quality care to our residents alongside a team of Senior Care and Care Assistants
* Ensure your team are supported and have guidance throughout their shift
* Administer medication to residents
* Liaise with external medical professionals and residents’ families
* Ensure care is delivered to the highest standards in line with Care South values

Qualifications
• Completed an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and fully competent in medication administration.
