Overview
An amazing opportunity has arisen in the Cornwall area for carers as OneCall24 Healthcare are looking to recruit a team of carers to work with amazing clients. This role will involve the carers overseeing health-related issues throughout the day and night. We are looking for healthcare workers who can deliver person-centered care in line with a personalized care plan, created specifically to meet the needs of our individual client. You will be fully supported by our highly skilled Nurse Managers, who are on hand to support and guide all staff to ensure the highest standards of care and an excellent pathway of professional development.
Responsibilities
* Provide care and oversight of health-related issues throughout the day and night.
* Deliver person-centered care in line with a personalized care plan created to meet the needs of each client.
* Work with clients under the guidance and support of Nurse Managers to maintain high standards of care and support professional development.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Healthcare workers who can deliver person-centered care with a passion to succeed and a proven track record of experience within this specialist area of healthcare at home.
* Experience within this specialist area of healthcare at home is desired.
