Salary: £95 - £120 per day (Depending on Experience)

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Dinnington. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children and young people overcome behavioural challenges and succeed in their education.
About the Role:
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and SEN professionals to support pupils who may be experiencing emotional or behavioural difficulties. Your role will involve building positive relationships, implementing effective strategies, and helping students engage confidently with their learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with behavioural needs
* Implement tailored behaviour management strategies
* Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies
* Monitor and report on pupil behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people with behavioural challenges (e.g., SEMH, ADHD, trauma)
* Strong communication and de-escalation skills
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable learners
