Are you an enthusiastic, motivated professional looking to develop our future clinicians? This part-time opportunity is with the Clinical Education Team at Russells Hall Hospital as a Clinical Educator.
Responsibilities
* The post holder is responsible for the provision and delivery of education, training, and assessment for all medical students and medical trainees within the clinical areas.
* The post holder will have responsibility for providing clinical skills training to a range of students and trainees including Medical Students, Physician Associate students, Medical trainees, Postgraduate Nurses and Allied Health Care Professionals.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Registered professional qualification.
* A general wide range of clinical experience supporting a good medical/clinical knowledge base.
* Knowledge and skills across a range of clinical practical procedures.
* Up-to-date knowledge of clinical governance and risk management.
* The post holder is required to be a highly skilled and competent Registered Health/Allied Health Care Professional in clinical procedures and associated governance.
* Self-motivated with excellent organisational and communication skills and a strong team-working ethic, with evidence of continuing professional development.
