The Role You’ll play a key role in supporting business priorities by:
⭐ Coordinating projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
⭐ Managing communication with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
⭐ Preparing reports, presentations, and key business documents
⭐ Acting as a central point of contact across teams
⭐ Managing a busy executive diary and organising meetings
⭐ Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
What We’re Looking For?
⭐ Some flexibility, due to working over time zones and some international travel
⭐ Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
⭐ A confident communicator, both written and verbal
⭐ Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
⭐ Proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
⭐ Experienced in administration, EA/PA support, or project coordination
⭐ Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, and experience with project tools is a plus.
