Key responsibilities:
As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth, high-quality guest experience, including:
8. Overseeing professional, personalised fine-dining service
9. Taking and monitoring accurate food and wine orders
10. Supervising and supporting service staff, including mentoring juniors
11. Coordinating closely with the kitchen, bar, and sommelier
12. Maintaining exceptional standards of presentation, hygiene, and etiquette
13. Handling guest requests and complaints discreetly and professionally
14. Upselling premium dishes and wine pairings
15. Assisting with billing and end-of-service duties
What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a polished hospitality professional who has:
16. Proven fine-dining or luxury hospitality experience, ideally as a Waiter, Waitress, or supervisor
17. Exceptional service standards and strong attention to detail
18. A discreet, confident, and professional manner
19. Excellent knowledge of premium food, wine, and pairings
20. The ability to anticipate guest needs and personalise service
21. Strong leadership and mentoring skills
22. A calm, controlled approach in high-pressure environments
23. Immaculate presentation and professional etiquette
24. A reliable and consistently guest-focused attitude
