What You'll Do
As a Health and Fitness Coach, your responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing daily gym operations, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in excellent condition.
2. Delivering personal training sessions, fitness inductions, and group exercise classes in both gym and studio environments.
3. Supporting members with personalised fitness programmes and basic nutritional advice.
4. Collaborating with the Wellbeing Lead and Social Value Team to implement health initiatives and community projects.
5. Managing gym membership processes, health assessments, and audit documentation.
6. Ensuring compliance and governance, including conducting safety checks and equipment maintenance.
7. Assisting in the planning and execution of wellbeing events and health strategies.
8. Continuously developing your skills through provided training and contributing to service improvements.
