Job Description:

Purpose of the role:

Are you interested in working for a world-class, multi-award-winning field marketing agency, currently holding the title of Agency of the Year? Do you enjoy representing major brands? Then this could be the role for you.

Your role as a full-time, permanent team member will be representing Unilever's ice cream brands, including Ben & Jerry's, Walls, and Magnum. You will work with colleagues to enhance brand performance, awareness, and availability across UK grocery retailers by conducting retail store visits within your territory. Your responsibilities include driving distribution, availability, sales, and brand engagement using data tools.

Responsibilities of the role:

* Visit grocery and convenience stores to build relationships with key decision-makers and add value to the store.
* Use data tools to identify insights and implement targeted interventions to improve product distribution and availability.
* Negotiate with store decision-makers to ensure maximum product availability, increase sales, and enhance brand awareness.
* Identify problems, opportunities, and gather retailer and competitor intelligence in-store.
* Follow Dee Set's proven processes to make a positive impact for clients.
* Conduct professional and efficient store calls.
* Record and complete all information accurately using a tablet and bespoke software system.

Ideal candidate:

* Experience in sales, preferably in the independent, wholesale, and convenience sectors.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
* Motivated to build brand awareness and driven by results.
* Ability to deliver excellent store execution results.
* Data-driven with analytical skills to drive results.
* Hold a full, current UK manual driving license.
