We are currently recruiting for an experienced Strip Fitter to join our client’s busy automotive bodyshop based in Worcester. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a skilled team in a fast-paced environment, with excellent earning potential through overtime.
Key Responsibilities
* Removing and refitting vehicle parts such as panels, bumpers, trims, doors, and interior components
* Preparing vehicles for body repair and paintwork
* Working closely with panel beaters and painters to ensure efficient workflow
* Carrying out work to a high standard, in line with manufacturer specifications
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
* Proven experience in a strip & fit or similar automotive bodyshop role
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
* Own tools required
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What’s On Offer
* Up to £18.00 per hour (Ltd or Umbrella)
* Regular working hours (Mon-Fri 6am-4pm)
* Overtime available
* Long-term contract with immediate start available
