This is a true 360° role. You’ll hunt for new business, then make it happen. One minute you’ll be on a sales call winning a new client, the next you’ll be on the phone matching a brilliant driver with their perfect shift. If you thrive on variety, pace, and seeing the direct impact of your work, this is for you.
What you’ll do:
1. Sales & Business Development: Proactively grow our client base through calls, emails, and meetings. This is about building relationships and spotting opportunities.
2. Full Recruitment Cycle: Source, interview, and register great drivers. You’ll be the main point of contact, ensuring they’re compliant and ready to work.
3. Operations & Service: Fill shifts efficiently, solve daily challenges, and provide exceptional service to both clients and drivers. Reliability is key.
What we’re looking for:

8. Experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment is a plus, but attitude trumps all.
