Your role is to inspire, support and upskill colleagues—turning technical possibilities into practical classroom reality. Key challenges and opportunities include:Creating training that sticks – Develop engaging, accessible workshops and resources that work for diverse staff with varying confidence levelsFrom theory to practice – Support curriculum teams to embed MS365 sustainably into their teaching, ensuring digital tools genuinely improve learning rather than just adding complexityBuilding digital confidence – Deliver workshops, 1:1 coaching and classroom training as part of our 'Nottingham College Digital Educator' programmeChampioning sustainability – Promote awareness of digital carbon footprint and help staff use technology in environmentally responsible waysStaying current – Keep pace with MS365 updates and new features, translating these into practical opportunities for teaching staffWhat you'll bringWe're looking for an inspirational trainer who can demystify technology and make people genuinely excited about using it.
