Responsibilities
The Contract Performance Manager (Data & Technical Services) will be responsible for managing the performance of contracts and services to the Trusts, including:
* PACS and MES – provided by Siemens through a PFI contract with Healthcare Support (North Staffordshire) Ltd (HSNS)
This role covers services across the Royal University Hospital and Haywood Hospital sites, supporting the Head of CPM in ensuring contractual compliance and performance management of PFI service contracts, including PACS, MES, and Data Services.
Key Tasks
* Control lifecycle programming of works per PFI contract requirements.
* Monitor performance of Siemens and Data & Technical Services, ensuring adherence to service specifications and contractual commitments.
* Review and audit performance data, analyze complex information, and interpret outcomes.
* Develop relationships with service users, providers, and management teams, ensuring effective communication.
* Act as the primary contact for operational issues between service providers and departments.
* Promote technological advancements, especially AI, to enhance performance, productivity, and cost efficiency.
