Driver / Labourer
Salford, Manchester
£26,863.20 per annum
39 hours per week:
8am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday
8am to 3:30pm Friday

We have an exciting position available for an all-round multi-skilled Driver Labourer to join us!
You’ll carry out work with a focus on delivering excellent customer service, ensuring high quality and high standards of performance. We’re looking for those that can carry out the operational duties of an all-round labourer across the full range of repairs and decorating services on all owned and managed properties. You will visit premises and properties to carry out and support works in the maintenance, repair, refurbishment, renewal work and clearances to tenanted, empty homes and surrounding environment. You’ll also assist our Trade Colleagues where appropriate for Health and Safety reasons.
Due to the nature of the role, you’ll need a full UK driving licence, as you’ll be travelling across the area to our properties
What do you need?
* Good building and construction knowledge
* General building maintenance repair knowledge
* Experience of undertaking/assist with repair work and associated multitasking activities inside and externally on customers’ homes
* Experience of general labouring duties including decorating and mould washing
* Experience working within a Social Housing setting
