Commercial Property Paralegal / Conveyancing Assistant Permanent – Full Time Salary DOE Based in Leeds City Centre Medlock Partners are working with a well-established and forward-thinking law firm with a strong presence across Yorkshire, who are now looking to appoint a Commercial Property Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy Leeds office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in either commercial property or residential property to join a friendly and supportive team, with the chance to develop their skills and take on more responsibility as their career progresses. Key responsibilities of the Commercial Property Paralegal / Conveyancing Assistant: Assisting fee earners with a variety of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion. Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties to progress transactions. Preparing legal documentation, handling correspondence, and managing administrative tasks. Supporting with billing, file management, and post-completion processes. Ensuring a high level of accuracy and client care at all times. Key requirements for the Commercial Property Paralegal / Conveyancing Assistant role: Minimum 6 months’ experience in either commercial or residential property. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. IT proficient and confident using case management systems. Positive, flexible attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
