Apprentice Engineer Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated, dedicated, and willing Apprentice Engineer to join our busy engineering department. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be provided with mentorship and guidance alongside the apprenticeship programme. This is a great opportunity to work and learn.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Work closely with Engineers, Team Leaders, and Line Leaders to understand, investigate, and resolve running issues to ensure maximum efficiency from equipment
* Follow a structured development plan, working across three departments with different types of machinery and engineering requirements
* Assist in carrying out preventative maintenance to minimise downtime from breakdowns and maintenance
Apprenticeship
1. Commit to a 5 yearLevel 3 Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician apprenticeship
2. 20% of your working time will be allocated to completing apprenticeship requirements, delivered weekly by an experienced tutor
